The Paper Players 345:

Happy Sunday all!  Around these parts, it is "May Long Weekend" or for others, it may be referred to as Victoria Day, which I do believe is the celebration of Queen Victoria.  What I really know is that it is officially the first long weekend of the season =)
This week at The Paper Players, Nance's CAS Challenge is BUTTERFLIES:

There is nothing more summery then butterflies!  I actually took my inspiration from the challenge graphic as I thought these colours were very striking together!

I did some background ink blending, added some water splooshes and shimmer.  I then added my feathers and topped them with a wee little butterfly.

Card Ingredients:

Stamps:  Clearly Besotted Fresh Flowers

Die cuts:   Simon Says Stamp ButterfliesSpellbinders Feathers
Frosting: Tsukineko Versafine Onyx Black, Stampin' Up! cardstock, Stampin' Up! inks

Please be sure to check out the fabulous creations from the rest of the team at The Paper Players, leave some love, and play along!!

Cheers all!

Deanne, that ombre background is stunning - especially with the white of your feathers and the little pop of yellow for the butterfly. Absolutely gorgeous
